Island adverts are calculated as follows:
Basic price x total mm (number of columns x height in mm) plus colour surcharge
Example 1-column advert, height 50 mm in 4c in the general section:
13.20 € x 50 mm = 660 € plus colour surcharge 200 € = 860 €
